New World Makati Hotel, Manila

Satisfied with our Breakfast. And what's in there. Filipino cuisine was well introduced. And the selection of food was superb. Highly recommended.

We looked at many hotels before selecting the New World Makati. Our stay was amazing. The location was perfect, the hotel beautiful, the food and beverages delicious with great entertainment and impeccable service. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was delightful but a few names stand out. We always make a point to learn the names and get to know the incredible staff that take such great care of us. We were greeted at the front desk by the lovely Grace. She checked us in and gave us a beautiful room. As we arrived late, we had just missed the evening cocktails and food included in our upgrade in the Living Room on the 24th floor. I would highly recommend this upgrade. Even though the cocktail hour had ended, the incredible host, David asked the chef to prepare us something to eat and gave us wonderful cocktails. The quality of food and beverages from breakfast, to afternoon snacks to evening cocktails was consistently delicious and the service impeccable. Some of other wonderful staff in the Living Room were Kate, Issa, Jimmy and Ella. Our evening entertainment in the lounge was world class. I did not get the singers name but she had a beautiful voice and commanding presence. Thank you to Rhea and Owen for taking such great care of us. Don’t miss the excellent gym and beautiful pool. Thanks to Freeman for the laughs, drinks and great service. If you need to get anywhere around town, Robert and Aki at the front entrance will find you cars, taxis as well as suggesting places to go and things to see. As we checked out to head for the island part of our vacation, we were greeted by front desk manager, the warm and gracious Liza who wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. We shared with her that it was more than amazing. The staff of this hotel certainly embodies the warmth and friendliness of the Philippine people and are the sparkling jewels in the crown known as the New World Makati.

From the moment we stepped into New World Hotel, we were enveloped in a level of service that can only be described as par excellence. Every touchpoint—from the gracious reception team to the ever-attentive concierge—reflected genuine hospitality and professionalism. Housekeeping maintained our space with impeccable care, while the gym and pool attendants ensured our wellness experience was both relaxing and seamless. Even the security team played a vital role in making us feel safe and well-looked after throughout our stay. Each member of the staff contributed to a truly memorable visit. We had a wonderful time, and it’s clear that excellence isn’t just a standard here—it’s a culture. Thank you, New World Hotel, for making our stay exceptional. We look forward to returning!

The location was perfect as it was near shops and restaurants. Daily breakfast was great … loved daily variety of the dishes and also loved the fresh juices.

The hotel's exceptional location provides numerous shopping opportunities and a diverse range of restaurants and cafes. The hotel's staff is exceptionally accommodating and warm throughout the duration of stay. The hotel's lobby lounge staff is outstanding, and the housekeeping team ensured that my room was impeccably maintained with a personalized arrangement of my personal bathroom amenities. We had a pleasant stay and we will be returning for more.
